FIELD: reduction of leaks from flow sections of turbines. SUBSTANCE: gas from flow section of turbine is directed to circular chamber where it is twisted in passages formed by guide blades and centripetal flow is organized according to free vortex law at increase speed and decreased pressure towards center of cavity. Then, second part of this gas flows to atmosphere through hydraulic resistance in form of labyrinth seal. Remaining part of gas is bypassed to cavity formed by intermediate disk and labyrinth bush; centrifugal motion is organized in this cavity at increased pressure. Gas from cavity formed by intermediate disk and labyrinth bush enters cavity formed by labyrinth bush and turbine disk where it is mixed with gas flowing to this cavity from flow section through labyrinth seal. Then part of gas from this chamber is returned through labyrinth seal to cavity formed by intermediate disk and labyrinth bush. Other part of gas is directed to flow section after working blades through concentric holes in disk. EFFECT: reduced rate of gas flow from flow section of turbine to atmosphere. 3 cl, 1 dwg
