FIELD: sealing devices. SUBSTANCE: rubber disk is fitted on shaft of fan and is provided with sealing members on its working surface. Sealing members are made in form of evenly distributed radial blades. Evenly distributed holes are provided in center portion of disk. Blades and holes are shifted relative to one another in circumferential discretion. Flow of air is sucked by blades through hole in disk sucking simultaneously some amount of outside air, thus excluding escape of air from housing and ensuring perfect tightness.
