FIELD: heating appliances for apartment houses and industrial premises. SUBSTANCE: radiator has box-shaped casing built up of U-shaped lock-joined halves 2 and 3 one of which mounts guide wall 4. Electric heating element is mounted throughout entire length of coolant- filled casing 1. Energizing heating element heats up coolant which convectively goes up over guide wall 4 and flows over face half 3, then goes down for reheating and transfers heat through rear half 2. EFFECT: improved uniformity of heating and provision for convection flow. 2 dwg
