FIELD: heat exchange engineering and applicable for heating and cooling of devices of overhead cranes and water/air heaters in boiler fabrication. SUBSTANCE: radiant heating is accomplished on a surface exceeding the surface of convective heat transfer approximately by 1.6 times. The device has a heat-exchanging panel, containing contact halves forming ducts with header cavities when connected, the ducts of one half of the panel are shifted with respect to the ducts of the other half, and at a contact connection they form ducts of different sections and directivity, the ducts of the rear side of the flat wall are provided with a refractory coating facing the furnace, for connection of panels to a stack and formation of a heat exchanger with gas undulation use may be made of bushes, and for creation of heating circuits of various media the headers may be provided with longitudinal partitions. This method provides for conditions for natural circulation of heating systems. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of heat exchange. 2 cl, 7 dwg
