FIELD: thermal engineering; individual electric heating systems. SUBSTANCE: off-line heating system has one or more local sections 1 according to number of rooms being heated with liquid heaters installed in them; system control unit 9. Novelty is that oil radiators 2 are used as heaters and provided with two electric heating elements 4 and 5, each local section 1 has temperature control device 3; control unit 9 has two circuit breakers 10 and 11 for each local section 1. One of heating elements 4 of oil radiators 2 is connected to first circuit breaker 10 of respective local section through temperature control device 3, other heating element 5 of oil radiators is connected directly to second circuit breaker of respective local section.
