FIELD: measurement of flow rate and quantity of liquids with ionic conductivity. SUBSTANCE: permanent ring and disc magnets are placed in pipe-line behind streamlined body. Vortex indicator manufactured in the form of one electrode of rod type is positioned in center of ring magnet perpendicular to direction of flow of liquid with formation of radial clearance with wall of pipe-line. Conditional shortest line connecting centers of magnets is turned through angle of ≤ 5 deg with reference to vortex indicator in direction of flow of liquid. EFFECT: increased reliability of device during measurement in flows carrying mechanical inclusions and corrosion products. 2 dwg
