FIELD: physics, measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for detection of flow of electroconductive liquids contaminated with ferromagnetic particles. Inside metering section of pipeline shedding bar is installed, downstream which sensitive element is installed in the form of two electrodes, signal from which arrives to unit for processing of output signal. At least one of electrodes is inserted inside pipeline metering section and is insulated with bushing. In upper part of pipeline that is closer to the field of electrodes insertion area, outside there are two and more magnets of magnetic system installed with identical poles in direction to longitudinal axis of electrode inserted into metering section, and oriented with their polar axes into point of electrode and pipeline longitudinal axes crossing.
EFFECT: higher reliability of device due to exclusion of electrodes short-circuiting at pipeline wall, has low material intensity.
