SUBSTANCE: device has drilled cylindrical process wells isolated from each other with their bottoms located within bed poorly penetrable for ground water. Wells are arranged in parallel rows along ground water flow direction. Distance between axes of every two adjacent rows is greater than two radii of separate process well. Check wells are located in front of first and behind last process wells along axis of each row.
