FIELD: environment protection. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing solid radioactive wastes containing fine-grain materials in vessel, mixing up cement binder with water phase to obtain high-penetrability cement mortar, introducing inorganic sorbent and plasticizer in mentioned mortar, and feeding mixture obtained to near-bottom part of vessel under pressure until it is completely filled up. Used as cement binder is cement of specific surface area of 6000 sq. cm/g or cement mixture incorporating cement of definite specific surface area, liquid glass, and hardener whose proportion in mass percent is to be found in formula of invention.
