FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with forming areflux esophagogastric anastomosis. One should perform superior-median laparotomy, isolate abdominal esophageal department, apply two rows of sutures between inferior edge of developed bagasse and gastric bottom, form invagination valve. Moreover, leaving 100 mm against cardial gastric bagasse one should form muscular bagasse due to circular dissecting adventitial and muscular layers of 15-20 mm width without lancing esophageal lumen, which should be further folded upwards to be sutured up by the free edge towards muscular esophageal layer. Valve should be developed due to invagination of excessive mucous-submucous esophageal layers into gastric lumen as duplicature after applying double-row interrupted sutures between inferior edge of developed bagasse and gastric bottom. The method enables to remove the risk in developing failed sutures of esophagogastric anastomosis.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
