FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting inferior pole of the right superficial inguinal node. Then, superior pole of the left superficial inguinal node is selected. Lymphatic node pulp is resected. The lymphatic node is catheterized with subclavicular catheter truncated to its one half. The proximal catheter end is melted with flame. Ozonized Ringer solution is introduced through catheter in the amount of 20.0 ml at a rate of 20 ml/h. Ozone concentration is 2.0-2.5 mg/l. The infusion is carried out four times a day during 8-12 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
