METHOD OF ENHANCEMENT OF LYMPHOCYTE FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITY Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by action of helium plasma produced at strength of current 30 A, voltage 20 V and gas consumption 2 l/min on splenocytes placed in medium RPMI- 1640. Medium has additionally 5% of inactivated human serum of 4-th blood group, 2 mM of L-glutamine, 10 mM of HEPES buffer, 5 x 10^-5 M of 2-mercaptoethanol and 50 mcg/ml of gentamycin. Action is carried out for 20 s from distance 20 cm from plasmatron nozzle. Method ensures to carry out the local effect on functional activity of lymphocytes both in cell culture and in the whole body being effect can be obtained for a short time. Method can be used in clinical practice as a method of stimulating action on biological processes occurring in cells and tissues. EFFECT: improved method of enhancement of lymphocytes activity. 1 tbl
