FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing cyclosporin-containing preparations. A pharmaceutical composition as a microemulsion preconcentrate has cyclosporin and a carrier at cyclosporin content 1-30 wt. -%. A carrier has the following components, wt.-%: hydrophilic phase 1-50; lipophilic phase 5-65 and surface-active substance 25-75. Hydrophilic phase is 1,2-propylene glycol and lipophilic phase is a mixture of mono-, di- and triglycerides of C₁₂-C₂₀-fatty acids. The product of transesterification of corn oil with glycerol can be a component of the composition and refined by multiple combination of freezing and phases separation procedures in order to remove saturated acid glycerides. The composition has 85 wt.-% of a mixture of linoleic and oleic acid mono-, di- and triglycerides, not less, less 10 wt. -% of free glycerol and less 10 wt.-% palmitic and stearic acid glycerides as the main components. The product is obtained by heating corn oil with glycerol in the presence of transesterification catalyst followed by refining by multiple combination of freezing, thawing and separation of phases procedures. Solid phases containing the saturated acid glycerides are removed at the stage of refining. Invention can be used for preparing cyclosporin-containing preparations. Invention ensures to eliminate difficulties associated with cyclosporin addition and obtain the stable preparation without their biological properties decrease.
