FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: capsule envelope of soft gelatinous capsules is made of gelatinous cords and has at least 5 wt.-% of a component that is able for migration. This component is a nonvolatile solvent that is able to mix with gelatin or form the solid solution with gelatin. The indicated component is taken among the group including tetrahydrofuryl alcohol ester, diethylene glycol monoethyl ester, 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone, dimethylisosorbitol, polyethylene glycol and propylene glycol. Capsules have an active substance exhibiting water solubility 1% mas./vol., not above. For making soft gelatinous capsules gelatin is formed as cords followed by their cooling with a liquid, preferably - water. Obtained soft gelatinous capsules are stable at the storage for some years, they have the satisfactory solidity and retain nondeformable envelope.
