SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spontaneously-dispersed pharmaceutical composition for oral administration comprising (2R,4S)-N-[1-(3,5-bis-(trifluoromethyl)benzoyl]-2-(4-chlorobenzyl)-4-piperidinyl]quinoline-4-carboxamide as antagonist of substance P and medium-carrier containing hydrophilic component and surface-active substance. Also, invention relates to methods for treatment of central nervous system disorders including depression, society phobia and respiratory diseases, for example, asthma and chronic bronchitis using this composition. The composition elicits valuable indices of biological availability and diminished variability of parameters of biological availability.
