FIELD: devices for purification of liquids with the help of microorganisms and methods of their manufacture. SUBSTANCE: bioreactor has fixed bed and porous carrier elements for microorganisms. Carrier elements present flat objects with thickness insignificant in comparison with their surface. Carrier elements are supported at some distance from one another with the help of spacer ribs to form path of flow between carrier elements. Method of manufacture of porous carrier elements for microorganisms consists in that particles of plastic are introduced into space of formation and join one another with heat supply. Using the method, endless rod from material of carrier elements may be made, from which separate carrier elements are separated. Method may be realized alternately, with row of pairs of halves which pass through plants of form filling and plants supplying heat. EFFECT: simplicity in manufacture of bioreactor with fixed bed and carrier elements; simple design of carrier elements for rational arrangement inside the bioreactor. 17 cl, 15 dwg
