FIELD: food industry; production of sugary products. SUBSTANCE: production line includes extractor, pressure filter for separation of suspended particles from extract, vacuum evaporator for thickening, mixer of thinned extract and mixture of seed crystals of glucose, fructose, apparatus for crystallization and drying of crystal mass of invert sugar, device for packing of ready loose product. Apparatus for crystallization and drying has cylindrical circular body with bottom plate. Apparatus is separated into zones of drying of crystal mass, its holding and final drying and provided with blades for transferring of crystal mass to zones, and blade looseners. Body bottom plate in zones of drying and final drying is perforated for supply of air with preset temperature and humidity. Line provides for industrial-scale production of invert sugar.
