FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: staircase comprises at least one stringer made in the form of C-shaped metal profiled member. Located inside metal profiled member with possibility of longitudinal displacement is retainer in the form of metal strip with threaded hole which coincides with longitudinal slot in stringer. Stringer is externally embraced by clamp of U-shaped cross-section which in its ends is provided with two coaxial holes, and with elongated slot in one cheek. Bracket of bifurcated configuration by its rear end having lateral hole and elongated slot is kept in contact with clamp at side of its elongated slot. Inserted into hole in rear end of bracket is fastening bolt. Threaded end of bolt passes through elongated slot of clamp, through longitudinal slot of stringer and enters threaded hole in retainer. One more fastening bolt passes through elongated slot in rear end of bracket, coaxial holes in ends of clamp and is provided with nut on its threaded end. Lateral part and front ends of bracket are provided with fastening members of tread. Installed and secured between two vertically adjacent treads are supporting rods adapted for adjustment of their height. For mounting to wall and floor, staircase is provided with supporting brackets. Stringer can be made sectional. Secured to main part of stringer is additional part using retainer inserted into one of them. Screwed in retainer is bolt which draws together two parts of stringer. Staircase of aforesaid embodiment can be installed in any ready openings with retention of horizontal positioning of treads at any angle of staircase gradient. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
