SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medicine. External transfusion fixation orthopedic transformer for the bones fractures and deformation treatment consists of supporting structural elements in the form of rings, half-rings, quarter rings, plates with mounting holes, as well as two-section telescopic beams, spokes and rods, bolts and nuts. Transformer also contains the three-section telescopic beams and the fastening assembly in the form of a bracket with a threaded hole in the bracket base and a pair of coaxial holes on the bracket ends, which are provided with a shaped groove. All mounting holes in the rings, half rings, ¼ rings and plates are made with the shaped groove. Two-section telescopic beam consists of a cylindrical hollow body with a longitudinal groove, in which a cylindrical rod is installed, which position is fixed by the conical nut. On the body opposite side, an outer collar is made on the end face, preventing the body mounted retaining ring with an internal thread sliding. In the body there is a threaded rod, in which through the longitudinal groove perpendicular to the rod axis a stabilizing bolt is installed. Stabilizing bolt prevents the rod in the body rotation. Onto the threaded rod a bushing is screwed in, which external thread mates with the retaining ring internal thread. Connected bushing with an external thread and the retaining ring constitute a link regulating a smooth, metered change in the telescopic beam length. Control link rotation to the right or left takes the threaded rod out of the body or deepens it into the body, which leads to the telescopic beam smooth lengthening or shortening, and having reached the desired length, the position is fixed with a retaining ring, by loosening the conical nut and moving the rod up or down relative to the body, also enabling the telescopic rod elongation or shortening so that the two-section telescopic beam length is adjusted on both sides. Three-section telescopic beam consists of the cylindrical hollow body with a longitudinal groove and the first threaded rod inserted into a cylindrical hollow body with possibility of longitudinal movement relative to the body, and the second threaded rod inserted into the first threaded rod with possibility of longitudinal movement. Body is made with the outer collar at the end face, which prevents the retaining ring with an internal thread from sliding. Inserted through the longitudinal groove stabilizing bolt prevents the first threaded rod from rotation in the body. Onto the first threaded rod a bushing is screwed in, by the external thread mating with the retaining ring internal thread. Rotation of the bushing and the retaining ring leads to the first threaded rod movement relative to the body, and the first threaded rod in the desired position is fixed with the retaining ring. At the first threaded rod end the outer collar is made, preventing the retaining ring from sliding off the first threaded rod. Retaining ring is made with the internal thread mating with the screwed onto the second threaded rod bushing external thread, thus, a gradual metered extension of the three-section telescopic rod is performed only on one side of the rod. Telescopic rods are connected to the supporting structural elements with the help of a hinged joint consisting of placed in the polymeric casing half-joints.

EFFECT: invention enables the osteosynthesis performance simplification, ease during the structure installation, reliable fixation, when used with various types of fractures.
