FIELD: aircraft manufacturing; technology of creating propulsive devices of aircraft. SUBSTANCE: proposed method relates to creating propulsive devices of aircraft on basis of electro-kinetic method of building lifting and moving forces in gas medium of atmosphere. Nonequlibrium of kinetic processes in porous diaphragm-gas system is created by ionization of gas. Such nonequilibrium causes pressure difference on diaphragm surfaces. One of these surfaces is made current-carrying and is connected to one of terminals of voltage source. Device for implementing this method has carrying framework to which voltage source and useful load are connected. Porous diaphragm is secured on framework. Second terminal of voltage source is brought out into atmosphere to serve as discharger. Thickness of diaphragm is equal to medium length of free path of gas molecules.
