FIELD: intensification of thermal conductivity of gaseous atmosphere. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a compressed-gas source, cooling zone blowing nozzle, controllable high-voltage source, electric arrester fastened inside the nozzle and connected to the high-voltage source. Several electric arresters independently controllable in gap and voltage are built in the nozzle. These arresters are connected to the respective independently controllable high-voltage sources. Electrodes are insulated from one another by dielectric screens. A flow swirler is installed at the nozzle outlet. Two multichannel switches are included in the arresters control circuit. Active and passive electrodes are coated by dielectric screens, they are positioned at an angle to one another and have ducts for air blowing. EFFECT: enhanced technological abilities. 3 dwg
