FIELD: signal processing. SUBSTANCE: device has detector for reception of first and second signals, which passed through environment and include target and noise components. Goal of invention is achieved by splitting first signal into first target signal component and first noise component and splitting second signal into second target component and second noise component. Ratio of first target signal component to first noise signal component in first received signal and ratio of second target signal component to second noise signal component in second received signal are measured. Corresponding device has reference signal processing device, which is connected to detector and responds to first and second received signals and combines first and second received signal for generation of reference signal, which depends on first and second noise components of signals for values of first and second ratio values within range of less than one to more than one.
