FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: while conducting measurements with the use of analog-to-digital converter there are periodically sampled analog output signals of transmitters connected to vibrating discharge tubes. Train of discrete quantized values obtained per each transmitter is amplified by proper adaptive digital filter-plug. According to one version assemblage of adaptive filters-plugs is used to amplify signal. Digital thinning-out filters into which signals from analog-to-digital converters are fed are employed for protection against superimposition of spectra of quantized values of signals. Aid of weight adaptation measures parameters of filters-plugs to ensure control over attenuation band to suppress unwanted noise components of output signals of transmitters. Values of signal from filters-plugs go to aid computing phase of signal of each transmitter. Time delay Δt proportional to mass flow rate of material is computed by difference of phases. EFFECT: increased measurement precision thanks to effective suppression of aharmonic or wide-band noise. 34 cl, 20 dwg
