FIELD: radio and communications engineering. SUBSTANCE: voice and music signal transmitting system has coder wherein input signal is separated into two spectral parts. Each of these parts is encoded by respective sub-coder. Transmission characteristics can be considerably improved by encoding spectral part in time- domain coder and additional spectral part, in converted-domain coder.
