Corresponding device has base station controller and modeling device, which is connected to controller port of base station. If modeling device is preliminary activated, it outputs ALIVE message into application for call processing, and receives reception acknowledgement signal, corresponding to message. Alternatively, if application for call processing of base station is preliminary activated, said application outputs ALIVE message to modeling device and receives reception acknowledgement signal corresponding to this message.
