FIELD: stomatology, maxillofacial surgery. SUBSTANCE: osseous cutter has cutting part and tail part with retainer for removable fixing in dental tip of drilling machine. Cutter is provided with facility of air-dropping aerosol flow made as rest which has guide recesses designed to feed cooling liquid to cutting edges of cutter. Guide recesses are bent. Their form and direction coincide with those of cutting edge of cutter, output part of which is positioned in middle of every recess. Deflecting step is made in upper part of rest over its periphery. Osseous cutter makes it possible to reduce thermal damage to tissues and painful reaction of patient, thus optimizing osteointegration conditions of dental implants.
