FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely surgical dentistry. After installing the navigational surgical template, a connective tissue autograft is formed through the guide shaft with a punch installed in the tip of the physio dispenser. Next, the navigational surgical template is removed and, using a scalpel and atraumatic tweezers, the formed connective tissue autograft is taken, thereby creating access to bone tissue. The epithelial layer of the connective tissue autograft is excised with a scalpel and immersed in a 0.9% NaCl solution. With the help of a navigational surgical template, a bed for a dental implant is formed and installed. Then, from the vestibular side of the installed dental implant, an artificial cavity is formed in soft tissues to adapt the connective tissue autograft. Using a single U-shaped suture, a de-epithelized connective tissue autograft is adapted in the recipient zone. After that, the gum shaper is installed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate the insufficiency of soft tissues when installing dental implants in the area of adentia, increase the reliability of the orthopedic structure and its long-term operation, shorten the adaptation time, achieve a high aesthetic result of implantological treatment, create conditions for the prevention of bone resorption in the periimplant area.
