FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves widening opening in cortical layer with mill. The hole is made deeper in the spongious bone layer with bore of the same diameter. The bed is made deeper in the same way using mills and bores of growing diameters. Mill rotation speed is 1.-2.0 times as large as the bore rotation speed.
EFFECT: prevented formed bed axis deviation; reduced injury intensity.
