SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to neurology, and can be used in treatment of migraines. The medicinal product includes lidocaine, analgin, dexamethasone and saline solution in a ratio of 8.5:4.3:2.1:85.1% wt. Said medicinal substance is injected from both sides of the head into the temporal muscle outside of the tendon, determined by palpation as the area of the maximum density and painfulness, into the trigger point of aponeurosis of the frontooccipital muscle at the border with the temporal muscle, into the trigger point of the semispinal muscle below the superior nuchal line of the occipital bone, determined by palpation as the area of the maximum painfulness.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of treatment of migraines and an increase in the duration of remission.
