FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the novel injection form of therapeutic agent showing antitumor and antileukemic activity. Composition is formed by taxane class derivative solution in surface-active agent at concentration up to 200 mg/ml and an antigel addition aqueous solution used as a diluting agent. Taxane derivative is taxol or taxoter. Taxane solution in surface-active agent has if necessary less than 5% of ethanol. Diluting addition is taken among organic derivatives of molecular mass less 200 Da having hydroxyl or amine group and inorganic salts. Mass ratio of antigel addition and surface-active substance is a value above 6%. The novel composition has liquid form, it does not form jelly and ensures to inject sufficient doses of active component without adverse anaphylactic shock and decreases the dose of surface-active substance injected in human up to about 80%.
