SUBSTANCE: invention describes new taxoids of the general formula (I) where R is hydrogen atom or acetyl or alkoxyacetyl radical; R1 is benzoyl radical R2-O-CO- where R2 is a direct or branched alkyl radical containing 1-8 carbon atoms and Ar is phenyl radical or heterocyclic aromatic radical having 5 links and containing one or some sulfur atoms. New compounds show the significant inhibirory activity with respect to anomal cellular proliferation and therapeutic properties that ensures to treat patients with pathological states associated with anomal cellular proliferation. Invention describes also a method of their synthesis, intermediate compounds and a pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I).
