METHOD OF PROPHYLAXIS OF SUPPURATIVE-SEPTIC COMPLICATIONS AFTER UROLOGICAL OPERATIONS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, surgery, urology. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the use of furacillin ozonized solution 1:5000 at ozone concentration 500 mcg/l for bladder washing out once per a day up to appearance of clear washing out water followed by filling bladder cavity with indicated solution for 10-15 min and its removal from bladder after the final sanitation using finely dispersed flow of the above indicated solution. The latter is formed under pressure 80 atm, diameter of particles in outlet nozzle is 0.7 mm obtained in apparatus UGO-1. Treatment course is 7-10 days. Method can be used for prophylaxis of suppurative-septic complications in urological operations accompanying with epicystotomy applying.
