FIELD: medicine; abdominal surgery. SUBSTANCE: patient's abdominal cavity is washed with ozone dissolved in physiological solution in dose 1.2 mcg/ml, followed by treating cavity with high-pressure jet of finely dispersed ozone particles ejected under pressure 60-65 atm. During treatment, to remove fibrin films, jet is directed under lower surface of fibrin deposits from distance 5-10 cm. To effect hydraulic massage of intestine, jet is directed by circular movements perpendicularly to intestine wall from distance 15-20 cm. EFFECT: effective method for sanitation of abdominal cavity.
