FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves per os additionally administering clodronate (bonephos) in the amount of 11.2-16 g or 2.1-4.2 g in intravenous application during 7-10 days before applying radiation therapy. Daily per oral clodronate (bonephos) administration is indicated twice a day in the amount of 800 mg during the whole radiation therapy course and during three following months. The radiation therapy is applied as intensive concentrated treatment in applying focal daily dose of 4-5 Gr every day until the total course dose in the focus reaches 20-25 Gr. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment course; accelerated treatment.
