FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering 5-fluoruracyl to reach total dose of 3.5-5.2 g daily during 5 days and then platinum preparation is administered at a total dose of 80-100 mg immediately before exposing patient to radiation in dynamic multifractioning mode. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; inhibited growth of subclinical metastases.
