FIELD: methods for reclamation of tyres of heavy-duty trucks. SUBSTANCE: tyre is separated into separate fragments and side walls are isolated. The tyre tread part is separated from the side walls with a cut angle of 10 to 30 deg. to the axis of rotation of tyre. Rectangular and end sector plates are cut out of the tread part for lining the cylindrical and end parts of the drum of the grinding mills. The rectangular plates are made multiple of the length of the cylindrical part of the drum of the grinding mills. The end sector plates are cut out into sections at an angle of 70 to 85 deg. to the tread longitudinal axis with an interval multiple of the size of the end covers of the drum of the grinding mills with formation of parallelograms. The latter are cut into two parts at an angle of 10 to 25 deg. in the longitudinal direction. Sleeper bedplates are made of side walls for laying under railroad tracks. Trawl plummets, counterweights and lining members of equipment assemblies of processing and mining industries are cut out of tyre remainders and used components of the plates. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of use of tyres, excluded power consumption connected with reclamation of rubber waste by the traditional method; eliminated pollution of air and water media and environment. 1 cl, 10 dwg
