FIELD: mechanical engineering; maintenance and repair of wheeled vehicles; diagnostic devices. SUBSTANCE: lever- and-cam lifting device has base, two platforms for left-hand and right- hand wheels of vehicle hinge mounted for being placed horizontally, drive levers and two jacks for fixing vehicle in jacked-up position. Jacks are installed on cross beam placed on base. Platforms are arranged at left and right sides of base. Device has cams, each rigidly coupled through axle with one end of corresponding drive lever, and lock engaging with free end of indicated drive lever when platform is installed in initial position. Each platform is freely fitted on corresponding cam for turning the cam and lowering free end of platform, when vehicle runs onto platform after releasing of drive lever.
