FIELD: diagnostics of motor vehicles, diagnostics of aggregates securing road safety, in particular. SUBSTANCE: dynamometer-backlash meter has flat case L-shaped in longitudinal plane, lever hinged to case. Dynamometric spring is placed perpendicular to axis of lever. Its middle part is made fast to lever and its edges are linked to case with the aid of ring bolts with adjusting nuts. Above-mentioned spring can be manufactured in the form of rubber braid, lid is clear in zone of location of scales. EFFECT: simplified design of device, improved operational characteristics, easy handling and raised measurement accuracy. 2 cl, 3 dwg
