FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: polyvinylchloride-based composition is passed between rolls of three-roll calender and heating roll to form and calibrate film, which is passed through supporting roll, embossed, cooled, and reeled. Formation of film is conducted at temperature difference between 2nd and 3rd melting rolls 15-30 C and that between 3rd melting and heating rolls 1-8 C. Subsequent operations are conducted at following velocity differences, m/min: between 2nd and 3rd melting rolls 0.3-9, between 3rd melting and heating rolls 0.1-0.3, between 3rd melting and supporting rolls 0.1-0.6, between supporting and embossing rolls 0.1-0.5, between embossing roll and cooling drum 0.3-3.0, and between cooling drum and reel device 0.3-10. Clearance between heating and 3rd melting rolls is equal to thickness of film being calibrated, and distance between 3rd melting and supporting rolls constitutes 2/3 above thickness.
