FIELD: domestic facilities. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has U-shaped carcass with shoulders made of pipes, clothes accommodating cross-pieces, devices for retaining cross-pieces in operating and inoperative position, and device for vertical displacement of each cross-piece relative to carcass. Vertical displacement device has two flexible ropes whose one ends are fixed on opposed ends of cross-pieces, pair of sleeves, each inserted in related pipe above edge of cross-piece. Axis of each sleeve is positioned perpendicular to pipe axis and upper ends of sleeves have rounded guiding edges. Other ends of flexible ropes are directed through sleeves and rigidly connected with retaining devices to define loops between them. Height of each sleeve exceeds pipe diameter by value at least equal to sleeve wall thickness. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased convenience. 2 dwg
