FIELD: domestic equipment. SUBSTANCE: collapsible drier has supporting planks, U-shaped rotary frame composed of two transverse racks with spacer member between racks, brackets and at least one flexible cable for repositioning and fixing frame in inoperating position. Flexible members formed of line, rope etc are tightened between transverse racks parallel to spacer member and adapted for clothes hanging. Brackets serving as frame supports are formed of two telescopically connected members and pivotally connected to transverse frame racks and supporting planks. Drier is moved to inoperating position by pulling the end of flexible cable. As a result, drier frame is caused to overturn and be placed along support such as building wall, with telescopic brackets being partially separated with following fixing of cable end. Collapsible drier may be secured in balconies of apartment buildings or in bathroom. EFFECT: simplified construction, enhanced reliability in operation, improved strength of brackets in operating position. 10 cl, 4 dwg
