FIELD: mechanical engineering; different industries; reciprocating drives. SUBSTANCE: mechanism has housing with coaxial fixed and axially movable supports. Housing accommodates main drive consisting of driving shaft-gear and driven wheel. Slider is coupled with it by one end of connecting rod. On other end of connecting rod head with hole is made accommodating a bushing. Crankshaft is installed in movable support for rotation and axial displacement. Second end of crankshaft rests of fixed support which carries driven wheel transmitting torque to crankshaft. Tenon of crankshaft gets into shaped hole of driven wheel. The mechanism can be made according to two- support scheme in which parts of earlier made articles can be used. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 dwg
