FIELD: automatic control of temperature, level, etc. in industry and domestic appliances. SUBSTANCE: two signals defining adaptation zone are set and when controlled variable goes beyond adaptation zone, ineffective value of control action is varied towards extreme value of effective control action as function of time of control variable overshoot beyond adaptation zone; in the process, controller positions are continuously compared and in case of their overshoot extreme effective position of controller is shaped. EFFECT: improved reliability of control for varying-load equipment. 1 dwg
