SUBSTANCE: one of potential values of control action is applied at extreme positions in order to return the controlled value to dead zone of the controller, and when the controlled value lies within the dead zone, control is carried out using pulse width modulated pulses with adapted duration and period.

EFFECT: improved quality of control by keeping the controlled value in the dead zone of the controller and control is especially efficient for objects with a load which sporadically or slowly varies in a wide range.
