FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring electromagnetic radiation of a human organism tissue and organs in millimeter and/or centimeter bandwidth. Measurement results treatment is carried out by detecting high frequency noise signal and selecting its low frequency modulating component. Then moving time interval with overlap is built and its spectral analysis is carried out using various spectral smoothing windows. Then systematic components are determined in spectrum estimations by applying nonlinear estimation method with residue curves selection in spectrum estimates followed by systematic component subtraction. Next to it, diagnostic signs are formed as systemic components parameters and residue curves characteristics to build dynamical series on every diagnostic sign. The behavior of their changing is interpreted to follow human organism tissue and organs dynamics using statistical or neuron network classifier. EFFECT: objective estimation of information parameters and functional activity of all principal organs in human organism; enhanced effectiveness in testing pharmaceutical preparations. 7 dwg
