FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for express-determining the stages of development of the oncological process. Induction magnetoencephalogram is taken for 160 seconds, narrow-band spectral analysis of the obtained data and their transformation into the frequency matrix of the set of functional states and recognition of the disease. In each cell of the matrix, the amplitude of the spectral harmonic Ai and their dispersion Di are determined, calculate the value of each spectral cell as the reciprocal of their product and determine the decentralization index according to the expression Idc=∑1/(Ai×Di), where Idc – value of decentralization index in relative units; Ai – amplitude of the spectral harmonic; Di – its variance. Induction magnetoencephalogram is taken at least three times, with 30-second breaks. Each time the index of decentralization is determined. For recognition of the disease averaged calculated values of the decentralization index are used. After the first determination of the value of the decentralization index, a glucosopholia test is performed and repeated, no less than 40 and no more than 60 minutes after the test, re-determining the value of the decentralization index. Compare the primary and secondary indexes of decentralization. Depending on the results of the comparison, the patient is referred to one of the following stages of development of the oncological process: “no risk of cancer development”; “physiological precancer”, which is a condition characterized by the absence of clinical manifestations of cancer in the presence of risk factors for cancer; “morphological precancer”; “initial stage of cancer with weak activation of tumor growth”; “active stage of cancer with a significant progression of tumor growth”. “Absence of a risk of developing a cancer” is diagnosed if the primary and secondary decentralization indices are from 0 to 70 units, respectively and up to 170 units. “Physiological precancer” is diagnosed if the primary decentralization index is from 0 to 70 units, and the secondary index is from 170 units and higher. “Morphological precancer” is diagnosed if the primary decentralization index is more than 170 units, and the secondary one is lower by 0.2 or more from the primary value. “Initial stage of cancer with a weak activation of tumor growth” is diagnosed if the primary decentralization index is more than 170 units, and the secondary is equal to or no more than 0.2 above the primary value. “Active stage of cancer with a significant progression of tumor growth” is diagnosed if the primary decentralization index is more than 170 units, and the secondary one is more than 0.2 above the primary value.
EFFECT: method provides opportunity for objective diagnosis of the stages of development of the oncological process by comparing the indices of the decentralization index in dynamics.
