FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring electromagnetic radiation of a biological object using high sensitivity receiver. The electromagnetic radiation is measured in millimeter and/or centimeter bandwidth. The treatment is carried out by detecting high frequency noise signal and selecting low frequency modulating component. Then its spectral analysis is carried out using various spectral smoothing windows. Then systematic components are determined in spectrum estimations by applying nonlinear estimation method with residue curves selection followed in spectrum estimates with systematic component being subtracted. Next to it, diagnostic signs are formed as systemic components parameters and residue curves characteristics to describe the biological object state using statistical or neuron network classifier.
