FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring electromagnetic radiation of human organism tissue and organs using high sensitivity receiver with following processing and analysis of measurement results. The electromagnetic radiation is measured in millimeter and/or centimeter bandwidth. The measurements treatment is carried out by detecting high frequency noise signal and selecting low frequency modulating component. Then its spectral analysis is carried out using various spectral smoothing windows. Systematic components are determined in spectrum estimations by applying nonlinear estimation method with residue curves selection followed in spectrum estimates with systematic component being subtracted. Next to it, diagnostic signs are formed as systemic components parameters and residue curves characteristics. Then additional measurements are carried out with following processing, analysis and forming additional diagnosis signs. A set of dynamic series is built on the collection of uniform diagnostic signs. Oncological disease case is determined using statistical or neuron network classifier applied to the dynamic series. Receiver aerial is set so that its longitudinal axis is directed in perpendicular to the human body surface. The aerial is rotated at 90 deg relative to its longitudinal axis and the measurements are repeated. Their processing, analysis and diagnostic signs forming are carried out. The second set of dynamic series is built on the collection of the signs. When comparing the dynamic series before and after changing the receiver aerial direction, an oncological disease is differentiated by applying supplementary statistical or neuron network classifier. EFFECT: accelerated method for performing quantitative and qualitative estimation of functional activity of all principal organs in human organism and differentiation of oncological diseases and determine primary focus and metastases localization is available. 10 dwg
