FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves bringing parietally mobilized colon down over 20-25 mm long segment. Seromuscular layer is circularly separated from submucous base over 14-16 mm long segment. It is sutured as cuff. The intestine is brought down to perineum or anterior abdominal wall. The intestine is circumferentially fixed at the cuff level to perineum or anterior abdominal wall muscles; 4-5 interrupted sutures are placed onto submucous layer of 20-25 mm in height. The needle is introduced on the skin side. Mucous membrane base is sutured. immediately after the muscle sphincter. The suture is finished with mucous membrane apices capture. The threads are tied in turn after having excised mechanical suture. Roller is formed above the skin level from submucous membrane of 10-12 mm in height.
EFFECT: controlled intestine content evacuation.
