SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to surgery, and concerns the methods for surgical rehabilitation after extirpation of rectum. Method for surgical rehabilitation after extirpation of the rectum includes the following: the ileokolik artery is transected at its junction from the superior mesenteric artery and the vein of the same name at the place where it comes into the superior mesenteric vein is transected; both vessels are maximally separated from the mesentery tissues; transplant on the ileokolik artery and vein stumps is isolated, it consists of a section of the ileum with the length of 4-5 cm; and a section of the ascending aorta colon is isolated to the distance of 15-20 cm; appendectomy is performed, then the isolated transplant is mobilized and transferred into the small pelvis; it is over with laid in mesenteric semicircle and ileokolik artery and vein stumps to the left iliac artery and vein and anastomosed with them; iliac intestine is anastomosed with the remaining stump of the ascending colon; proximal end of the transplant is anastomosed with the sigmoid colon stump; section of the ileum is exteriorized onto the perineal skin level; after the perineal wound closure to the diameter of the ileum, the intestine is fixed to the skin.

EFFECT: surgical rehabilitation.
